Dug up an idea I had a few years ago and experimented with building it in iOS. Turns out it wasn’t that hard and I got it to work!

Posting photos on social, I feel, has become a bit meaningless. Who are the photos for and what are they trying to achieve? I think we’ve lost the storytelling entirely when we address it to the world.

The idea is that you can tell a better story through images and text if you write it to a specific person, just as you would have written them a letter or a postcard back in the day. 

Here’s how it works: add photos and text to your canvas. Share it with a friend and the post immediately gets saved to your own personal feed as a log of your digital “postcards.” Quite nice to look back on for the good memories! And it hopefully inspires you to text your friends and family more?!
